Dr Iroegbu Njoku has a PhD in Complex Change Management and is a renowned change management consultant & leader in the UK public & financial sectors. He has led several complex change initiatives to a successful delivery. He led the programme which led to the reduction of the number of food poisoning cases in the UK by 100,000 whist influencing key players in the industry to adopt measures that ultimately delivered fair results for all stakeholders involved.
Dr Njoku also led the planning of a £1 billion change initiative aimed at transforming the primary healthcare sector of England. He is no stranger to change management in the private sector of an economy. He served as Head of Portfolio management for Provident Financial Group, where he reformed the process for delivering change, thus, resulting in change being delivered twice as fast as before and yet saving cost at the same time. He has also overseen the building of estates and manufacturing plants across the UK.
He currently sits in the governing bodies of a couple of academies in the UK. He believes it is time to start helping Nigerian youth especially in this time of desperation and hopelessness.
